Telephone support can be an excellent option if you want to ask simple questions that we can help you with over the phone in a short time.
Remote support allows us to connect over internet to your computer via a secure connection and 'take control' of your PC as if we were sitting in front of it.
This can save a lot of time as no waiting for us to be on-site with you. Logmein software is used for all remote connections.
